Below, we'll take a look at the six teams that received their updated 2026 City Connect uniforms in the latest update, as well as a sneak peek at two additional uniforms that will be added in future updates.
As of the April 15th update, the following six teams have received their 2026 City Connect designs:

| San Diego Padres | A bi-national design inspired by Día de los Muertos, complete with a La Catrina sleeve patch. |
These uniforms celebrate each team's culture and history, giving fans a new, creative way to represent their teams in the game. The updates blend modern and nostalgic elements to give players a fresh take on their favorite squads.
While the official MLB unveiling on April 9, 2026, revealed eight new City Connect designs, only six teams' updated uniforms have been added to MLB The Show 26 in this latest update. The remaining two teams' City Connect uniforms are expected to appear in future updates:
